MOEMA President to resign December 31, 2019
Coming to the close of a 2 term commitment Chet Hunter – MOEMA President will be moving on to support IAEM as the Region VII Vice President
Early in August of 2019, Chet Hunter accepted the opportunity to support the Region (IAEM Region VII) as a qualified candidate for office for Vice President. Over the last couple of months the voting membership of IAEM Region VII saw it fit to elect Chet Hunter as the IAEM Region VII – Vice President. “During this transition over the next several months, I (Chet Hunter) will begin to transition out of the MOEMA Presidency and work with the Board of Directors to support the efforts of a seamless transition.”

Individuals with local, county, state and federal government agencies, education, business and industry, and volunteer organizations are eligible to join. MOEMA’s strength relies on a broad-based membership of individuals dedicated to emergency preparedness. MOEMA memberships are valid from 11/01/2018 – 12/31/19 for Calendar Year 2019.
